Presenters:

Sean Donlon is the Senior Resident Agent managing the Burlington, VT office of the United States Secret Service.  A 23-year veteran of the Service, Sean provides decades of experience in financial crimes investigations, as well as specialized training in cyber-related fraud that impacts Vermonters on a daily basis.

Tony Facos has served in Vermont law enforcement for over 38 years.   He currently works for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Vermont, as the Law Enforcement Coordinator—a position that supports cooperation and communication between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as the district’s community partners.   Tony has presented various public safety topics to state, national, and international audiences.

Crystal Baldwin, M.Ed. is a nationally awarded consumer protection expert with over 20 years in public service. As Program Manager for the Vermont Attorney General’s Consumer Assistance Program and UVM adjunct faculty, she is a skilled educator, who applies a cross-disciplinary approach to developing action-oriented strategic education and outreach programs.

Sheri Rockcastle serves as a Consumer Service and Outreach Adminstrator for the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation's Banking Division, where she addresses consumer concerns related to banking and provides outreach support. Before her work in various state government agencies for the past 17 years, Sheri held leadership positions, including Vice President at Mad River Canoe, and in management at United Parcel Service.
